GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS SCHEME RECEIVES INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION



The Ghana Customer Service Awards,which seek to set standards in customer in Ghana,and to celebrate the impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business,as the nation emerges as an oil economy and a business destination in Africa,was founded by Mr.Hector Wulff,on November last year,under the auspices of the Customer Service Advocate Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Writer and Newspapers Society and in consultation with Ghana's Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Apart from earning impressive respect from Corporate Ghana,the Customer Service Awards have received international attention and commendation from the World of Customer Service,a British international customer service organisation headed by Mr.Don Hales.

Mr.Don Hales is also the Founder &Chairman of judges,UK,NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES AWARDS,

the Founder of ,CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASSOCIATION,of which Mr.Hector Wulff is a member.

Mr.Hales is also the Chairman of AWARDS INTERNATIONAL,based in the UK.

In a statement sent by Don Holes to the GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS TEAM,he said,"I am particularly interested in your Ghana Customer Service Awards '' he added that "I am wondering whether one of the Ghana Customer Service Awards winners would be nominated for the international category of the UK.Customer Experience Awards''

Mr.Hales commended Mr.Wulff for the awards initiative saying that"the awards represented an excellent way to spread good practice and to provide real recognition of staff and service providers"

Mr.Don Hales,also invited Mr.Wulff to visit the UK in July 2011,as a speaker and observer of the UK.Customer Service Training &Customer Experience Awards.

Mr.Hales is said to be visiting Ghana by September this year.

The GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS,is the only awards scheme in Ghana ,dedicated to customer service across the industrial spectrum.

ALL ABOUT GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS







The GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS WAS FOUNDED by MR. HECTOR WULFF,the founder of CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE,and the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY,implementing organizations of the awards.
The awards,launched on the 19th November 2010,with the sole mission to raise standards of Customer Service throughout all industries in Ghana ,towards the establishment of a National Customer Service Culture.
