The
event which was very interactive, was marked by a number of presentation by
officials of KRIF Ghana Limited, were focused on convenience, durability and
usability of their products i.e. Office equipment and stationery. There was a
presentation also, on their new and flagship product on the market, which is
the customer feedback device, a unique state of the art, user friendly and
innovative software-based system for rating customer experience and the voice
of the customer, at real time to enhance customer satisfaction. The customer feedback
device has an interactive touch screen tablet-based terminal and optional
peripherals, such as a webcam, WIFI and emotional sensors among others,
depending on the requirement of the user organisation.
Addressing the participants at the seminar, the Executive Chairman of KRIF Ghana Limited, Rev.Kennedy Okosun reiterated the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by emphasizing that, the objective of KRIF Ghana Limited, is to offer solutions to the customer, pay attention to the customer and that KRIF Ghana Limited will do everything legitimately within it powers, stopping at nothing to satisfy their customers.
