KRIF Ghana Limited Holds Customer Forum







KRIF Ghana Limited, Ghana’s leading customer focused Retail Company, which deals in good quality and original office equipment and stationery brands, has engaged its customers and the general public in a seminar on their products and services, at the British Council, Accra.

The event which was very interactive, was marked by a number of presentation by officials of KRIF Ghana Limited, were focused on convenience, durability and usability of their products i.e. Office equipment and stationery. There was a presentation also, on their new and flagship product on the market, which is the customer feedback device, a unique state of the art, user friendly and innovative software-based system for rating customer experience and the voice of the customer, at real time to enhance customer satisfaction. The customer feedback device has an interactive touch screen tablet-based terminal and optional peripherals, such as a webcam, WIFI and emotional sensors among others, depending on the requirement of the user organisation.

Addressing the participants at the seminar, the Executive Chairman of KRIF Ghana Limited, Rev.Kennedy Okosun reiterated the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by emphasizing that, the objective of KRIF Ghana Limited, is to offer solutions to the customer, pay attention to the customer and that KRIF Ghana Limited will do everything legitimately within it powers, stopping at nothing to satisfy their customers.


KRIF Ghana Limited, has over 30 years, is reputed for retail and supply of internationally recognized brands of good quality but affordable office and school stationery, office equipment and consumables in Ghana.

Personality Profile:Hon. Otiko Afisa Djaba,Minister for Gender,Children and Social Protection

 Otiko Afisa Djaba,Minister for Gender,Children and Social Protection, Mother of the Vulnerable in Ghana, Voice of the Voiceless is a mother of 4 children, is 54 years old. She studied Information Systems in the UK, communications in Egypt and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Development Studies at the University for Development Studies in Ghana.
She was the National Facilitator for the Campaign for Greater Discipline under Former Vice President Aliu Mahama in 2004. She worked as a Consultant in Children’s Rights and rural women’s development for Plan Ghana in extremely deprived rural communities in Sissala districts and in Wa.
In 2008 she was the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Bole-Bamboi constituency, and is currently the Women’s leader of the New Patriotic Party and has held the position since 2010. She is a polyglot, who speaks 8 Ghanaian dialects.

Gender, Children and Social Protection Minister Addresses Press Conferemce FGM

 The Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection Hon. Otiko Afisah Djaba was at the Institute of Local Government Studies for a Press Conference on Female Genital Mutilation & Cut (FGM/C) organised by (I)NTACT.
The press conference was to announce the partnership between the German Group (I)NTACT and NGOs of Ghana, Burkina Faso and Togo for the elimination of the tradition of excision or female genital mutilation across borders.





Speaking at the event, Hon. Otiko Afisah Djaba pledged her unwavering support and that of her ministry in the combat against FGM and continue with the work of reaching out to a wider stakeholder base with robust sensitisation and advocacy programmes especially for traditional rulers who sometimes encourage such practices.
Hon. Otiko Djaba added that FGM must be stopped as it violates on the rights of women and girls and strengthen discrimination and gender inequality in areas where it is practiced.

CHIEF YAW KUMEY HONOURED, AS 1ST GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR


Mr Yaw Kumey, Group Chief Executive Officer of Y. Kumey International Group of Companies,last Thursday, the 3rd of February 2011,was decorated and honoured as Ghana's first Customer Service Ambassador,the highest award category in the Ghana Customer Service Awards , for an individual in the private sector in pursuance of excellence in customer service in Ghana.

The colourful ceremony took place in a grand style and splendor at the Accra International Press Centre.

Chief Kumey was decorated and honoured for his commitment and selfless contribution towards the development of customer service in Ghana,in pursuit a national customer service culture,as the nation emerges as an oil economy and a business hub in Africa.

This awards is an initiative of the CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE and THE GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY(GWANSO)

under the leadership of Mr.HECTOR WULFF, as the founder.
