MEET MR. HECTOR WULFF A.K.A. MR.CUSTOMER SERVICE

His name is Hector WulffF,popularly known as MR.CUSTOMER SERVICE, a consumer affairs journalist and a consultant who has been training customer service and business communications for five years,a prolific writer,marketer and great thinker who fears GOD.

MR. WULFF,indeed is the true face of customer service in Ghana,a leading authority on customer service,an advocate and campaigner of a national customer service culture.

He has written several articles on effective customer communications in several journals and of various websites both nationally and internationally,with most popular titles known to global customer service practitioners and communicators,as

THE POWER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIES and

THE HIDDEN MAGIC IN SERVICE QUALITY.

Currently,MR,WULFF, is the FOUNDER of the CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE and the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF the GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY,initiators of the GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS in consultation with GHANA'S MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY.

Hector Wulff is a member of national consumer protection stakeholders promulgating and advising government on the Ghana Consumer Protection Policy.

He is currently working on the

GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE PROJECT,which is a national customer service standardization initiative for both private and public sector service providers in Ghana towards the attainment of a

NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CULTURE.

Early this year Mr.Wulff and his team will host the first

GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM and to launch the

GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE PROJECT.

Ghana Police Service receives LEADERSHIP IN PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD,a category of the GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS,presented by
Mr.Hector Wulff,founder of the awards scheme.
Receiving the award certificate at the nations POLICE HEADQUARTERS in Accra, were the DIRECTOR of GHANA POLICE WELFARE,DETECTOR of GHANA POLICE EDUCATION UNIT and the DIRECTOR OF GHANA POLICE PUBLIC RELATIONS

CHIEF YAW KUMEY HONOURED, AS 1ST GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR


Mr Yaw Kumey, Group Chief Executive Officer of Y. Kumey International Group of Companies,last Thursday, the 3rd of February 2011,was decorated and honoured as Ghana's first Customer Service Ambassador,the highest award category in the Ghana Customer Service Awards , for an individual in the private sector in pursuance of excellence in customer service in Ghana.

The colourful ceremony took place in a grand style and splendor at the Accra International Press Centre.

Chief Kumey was decorated and honoured for his commitment and selfless contribution towards the development of customer service in Ghana,in pursuit a national customer service culture,as the nation emerges as an oil economy and a business hub in Africa.

This awards is an initiative of the CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE and THE GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY(GWANSO)

under the leadership of Mr.HECTOR WULFF, as the founder.

TWO ILLUSTRIOUS CITIZENS RECEIVE CUSTOMER AND PUBLIC SERVICE HONOURS




Ghana Costumer Service Awards team holds press conference to honour Chief Yaw Kumey, the

Group C.E.O of Y. kumey international group of companies as the

1ST GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR.

Also, ACP. retired, Victor Tandoh, currently the Greater Accra Manager of the National Road Safety commission was highly honoured with the GHANA PUBLIC SERVICE STAR AWARD 2010.

These honours received by these distinguished citizens of the nation, l are the highest category of the Ghana Customer Service Awards.,

The Ghana Customer Service Awards is an awards scheme launched on November last year by the Customer Service Advocate and the Ghana Writers and Newspapers Society, under the able leadership of Mr. Hector Wulff, popularly known to the Ghanaian media as Mr. Customer Service.

GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS SCHEME RECEIVES INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION



The Ghana Customer Service Awards,which seek to set standards in customer in Ghana,and to celebrate the impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business,as the nation emerges as an oil economy and a business destination in Africa,was founded by Mr.Hector Wulff,on November last year,under the auspices of the Customer Service Advocate Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Writer and Newspapers Society and in consultation with Ghana's Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Apart from earning impressive respect from Corporate Ghana,the Customer Service Awards have received international attention and commendation from the World of Customer Service,a British international customer service organisation headed by Mr.Don Hales.

Mr.Don Hales is also the Founder &Chairman of judges,UK,NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES AWARDS,

the Founder of ,CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASSOCIATION,of which Mr.Hector Wulff is a member.

Mr.Hales is also the Chairman of AWARDS INTERNATIONAL,based in the UK.

In a statement sent by Don Holes to the GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS TEAM,he said,"I am particularly interested in your Ghana Customer Service Awards '' he added that "I am wondering whether one of the Ghana Customer Service Awards winners would be nominated for the international category of the UK.Customer Experience Awards''

Mr.Hales commended Mr.Wulff for the awards initiative saying that"the awards represented an excellent way to spread good practice and to provide real recognition of staff and service providers"

Mr.Don Hales,also invited Mr.Wulff to visit the UK in July 2011,as a speaker and observer of the UK.Customer Service Training &Customer Experience Awards.

Mr.Hales is said to be visiting Ghana by September this year.

The GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS,is the only awards scheme in Ghana ,dedicated to customer service across the industrial spectrum.

The GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS WAS FOUNDED by MR. HECTOR WULFF,the founder of CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE,and the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of GHANA WRITERS AND NEWSPAPERS SOCIETY,implementing organizations of the awards.
The awards,launched on the 19th November 2010,with the sole mission to raise standards of Customer Service throughout all industries in Ghana ,towards the establishment of a National Customer Service Culture.
